Pelican Products Welcomes George Platisa as Chief Financial Officer

TORRANCE, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Pelican Products, Inc., is pleased to announce that longtime executive
George Platisa has been hired as Chief Financial Officer effective May
21, 2019.

The CFO is one of the most influential positions at Pelican. Mr. Platisa
will be responsible for leading Pelican’s financial strategies
worldwide. He will oversee financial planning and analysis, strategic
planning, accounting and reporting, budgeting, investor relations, due
diligence activities associated with acquisitions and divestitures,
treasury, tax and risk management. He will help guide growth and
profitability and will participate in setting the financial strategy for
the company.

Corporation.

Platisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from La Verne
University.
