Close Visibility Gaps and Protect Industrial Networks from Cyber Threats

NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–lt;a href=”” target=”_blank”gt;#ICSlt;/agt;–Indegy, a leader in industrial
cyber security, today announced that Michael Rothschild will present a
webinar hosted by the Industrial Control Systems Joint Working Group
(ICSJWG) on reducing risk from cyber threats in industrial operations on
Monday, March 4, 2019.

Michael Rothschild, Senior Director of Product Management at Indegy,
has more than 20 years of experience in IT security. Prior to his
role at industrial security vendor Indegy, Michael worked in product
management and marketing roles with Thales, RSA, SafeNet (now

Over the past several years, industrial operations have been
transformed by the convergence of IT and OT and the emergence of new
technologies used for asset management and operations, including
cloud computing, mobile, Internet of Things (IoT) and Industrial
Internet of Things (IIoT) devices. In this webinar, Michael will
discuss the impact of this modernization on the integrity of
industrial networks and explain how gaps in visibility, cyber
security and controls are placing operations at risk. He will
present best practices for reducing security risk, including the top
five steps for protecting industrial operations that can also
improve efficiencies and reduce operating costs.

“Five Ways to Ensure the Integrity of Your Operations” webinar
will be delivered to your desktop. To RSVP, contact [email protected]

About the Industrial Control Systems Joint Working Group (ICSJWG)
Department of Homeland Security (DHS) National Cybersecurity and
Communications Integration Center (NCCIC) hosts the Industrial Control
Systems Joint Working Group (ICSJWG) to facilitate information sharing
and reduce the risk to the nation’s industrial control systems. The
ICSJWG provides a vehicle for communicating and partnering across all
Critical Infrastructure (CI) Sectors between federal agencies and
departments, as well as private asset owners/operators of industrial
control systems. The goal of the ICSJWG is to continue and enhance the
collaborative efforts of the industrial control systems stakeholder
community in securing CI by accelerating the design, development, and
deployment of secure industrial control systems. NCCIC/ICSJWG developed
a Fact Sheet for quick reference information about the ICSJWG: NCCIC
