SANTA CLARA, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 12/19/12 -- WhiteHat Security, the Web security company, today announced the addition of Johannes Hoech, as Chief Marketing Officer, to its executive team. Most recently, Mr. Hoech served as CEO and Founder of BTC Logic and VP of Product Marketing at Intacct. The addition of Hoech comes shortly after the announcement that WhiteHat Security added a new CFO and VP of Human Resources in a year of massive growth for the company.

Prior to joining WhiteHat, Hoech ran BTC Logic, providing interim management and consulting expertise to a variety of technology companies, including: Symantec, NetBase and Xactly. In tandem with his role at BTC Logic, Hoech managed product marketing for Intacct's Cloud Financial Management products, driving marketing programs for increased new business growth and competitive win rates in 2011, and saw 97 percent customer satisfaction amongst the company's more than 5,000 customers.
